Google Docs Add-on — Common Issues

"Invalid token"

Generate a fresh token in Settings and paste it again. Tokens are shown only once.

Citation not inserting

Click inside your document to place the cursor before clicking Cite.

Sidebar not appearing

Refresh the document, then open it from the Extensions menu.
